Anti-gun bills will be heard on January 21st at 10:00AM by the Washington state Senate Committee on Law & Justice and by the House Committee on Civil Rights & Judiciary on January 22nd at 10:00AM.

Any senator who cares anything about the Second Amendment will oppose Barr’s confirmation.

Pittsburgh’s gun owners – and perhaps gun owners in other Pennsylvania municipalities – may soon be fighting to vindicate their Second Amendment rights.

We have been warning about the coming onslaught of national gun control proposals from congressional Democrats. Now that it is upon us, it is more important than ever before that gun owners remain focused and united in fighting for our rights.

Don’t be surprised if there is not another rope-a-dope with Barr to get “conservatives” to support him for some other reason other than he is constitutionally qualified, just like they did in the Kavanaugh hearings.

He tried to ban guns, detergent, caffeine drinks and transfats.

“The introduction of the bipartisan background checks bill in the House today marks a critical first step toward strengthening America’s gun laws and making our country a better place to live, work, study, worship and play,” Gabby Giffords claimed in a Tuesday press release. Surrounded by gun control advocates, Rep. Gabby Giffords (D-AZ) introduced a new universal background bill. The bill will require background checks for every firearm sold in the country. This requirement will also cover private gun sales. Democrats incorrectly refer to private gun sales as the “gun show loophole.”

If passed, H.3363 would take a small step returning to the original vision of the founders, in which citizens had a duty to be armed rather than need permission to carry.
