How will a Democrat-controlled House affect your Second Amendment-protected freedom?

Fixed sights may be zeroed to certain loads, but once zeroed, that is it. A handgun with adjustable sights may be zeroed for one load and then re-zeroed for another. If you are really good at the game you may even tune the elevation setting for different ranges.

The California Department of Justice released the first in a series of regulatory proposals regarding the mandatory background check process when purchasing ammunition, which is scheduled to take effect on July 1, 2019. A direct result of the enactment of both Proposition 63 and Senate Bill No. 1235, the proposed regulations address basic regulatory definitions and the required information to be submitted when purchasing ammunition in California.

Bill C-71 has been referred to the Standing Senate Committee on National Security and Defence for review. One source indicates the bill is expected to pass into law by early spring of next year.
