On January 29th, the Washington state House Committee on Civil Rights & Judiciary will be hearing House Bill 1315 to increase the red tape for law-abiding citizens to apply for a Concealed Pistol License. 

The bills, H.R. 8 and S. 42, are being misleadingly described as simply requiring background checks on all sales of firearms, but this is just a small part of what these overbroad pieces of legislation would do. 

Anti-gun bills will be heard on January 21st at 10:00AM by the Washington state Senate Committee on Law & Justice and by the House Committee on Civil Rights & Judiciary on January 22nd at 10:00AM.

Any senator who cares anything about the Second Amendment will oppose Barr’s confirmation.

Pittsburgh’s gun owners – and perhaps gun owners in other Pennsylvania municipalities – may soon be fighting to vindicate their Second Amendment rights.

While the New Mexico Legislature will not convene for its 60-day Regular Session until January 15, anti-gun lawmakers who support Bloomberg’s radical gun control agenda have already started pre-filing unprecedented attacks on your Second Amendment rights.

If passed, H.3363 would take a small step returning to the original vision of the founders, in which citizens had a duty to be armed rather than need permission to carry.
