California Congressman Eric Swalwell,  a man who issued a veiled threat of nuking those who would not comply with gun confiscation laws was challenged by Kent State graduate and gun owner Kaitlin Bennett with questions on why he wanted to nuke Americans and if he was actually going to do anything regarding Google censorship.  Watch how fast he runs to the elevator.

The government doesn’t have to prove a crime at all.  They just have to lay out a case of subjective claims that the individual is “dangerous” and shouldn’t have a gun.

“I mean when the Constitution was written initially they didn’t have a protection for guns because our founders just thought it was an assumed right,” he said, “later they added it in the Bill of Rights as the Second Amendment but they felt very strongly that every American has the right to defend themselves.”

Although Congressman Swalwell feigns sarcasm, his recent comments are a chilling reminder of murder by governments throughout history.

A hero security guard stopped a mass shooting with his legal gun, saving an untold number of lives and was holding the suspect at gunpoint when police showed up and killed him.

“I really feel that if she had left here, something worse would’ve happened, and not one single person in that intersection tried to help,” Seadorf said.
