Wilkinson Arms Linda 9 mm Carbine
Starting with a design crafted by Ray Wilkinson, today’s Linda Carbine comes from Wilkinson Arms as a pistol-caliber carbine chambered for 9 mm Luger and built for semi-automatic function and with aesthetics that hearkens back to designs of the 1960s and ’80s.
Despite a rough-and-tumbled upbringing, this Linda Carbine design survives its progenitor and comes to market with two distinct models to choose from. At its core, the Linda is built for blowback operation and is a hammer-fired design wrapped within a 6061 T6 extruded-aluminum receiver. Wilkinson includes a 16.5” barrel, shrouded in aluminum and capped with 1/2×28” TPI muzzle threads for accessories.

There is a reciprocating handle on the receiver’s left to make note of in addition to a round knob for user purchase. A simple vertical grip is supplied to help control Linda throughout the shot process. A manual, crossbolt-style safety is provided above the trigger guard. A wood fore-end and a folding stock round out the user-interface components used for constructing the Linda 9 mm Carbine. Note the receiver’s Picatinny stock mount at the rear.
Linda’s magazine release resides rear of the trigger guard and Wilkinson supplies 31-round stick magazines with its pistol-caliber carbine. 18-round units are available for purchase. Though Picatinny rail is provided for optics, users will expect to find rudimentary sights parked atop Linda’s receiver.
