True is now producing the Flipper Knife, a folding knife designed to be both easy to deploy and rugged enough for years of dependable use. True’s Flipper knife provides instant, one-handed access to a quality blade. The knife features a ball-bearing folder mechanism that allows the sharp 3 inch long 8Cr13MoV drop point, stainless steel blade to deploy effortlessly from a folded to a locked position. There is no side deployment pin, however, it does have a pyramid-style finger flipper at the top of the blade spine.
At only 0.75 inches deep this knife design easily fits inside a pocket with a deep carry clip position. The knife is both concealable and quick to remove from a pocket when needed. A black oxide finish also mutes the metal, making it blend well to dark clothing like denims as well as hiding any dirt stuck to the blade or scales.

The scales of the Flipper are G10 and house the liner locking mechanism. Set within the scales is a lanyard loop to affix a variety of lanyard or safety devices of choice. The scales feature a deep but subtle texture for grip retention and comfort similar to the checkering of a gunstock to improve your grip when using the knife in harsh environments.
