Hart, who is married to the pop star Pink, did his best to warn off would-be looters, posting a picture of about a dozen men posing with guns behind a sign that says: “Looters will be shot on site [sic]. P.D.C. Posse.”

New York Times is still shooting left of center when it comes to delivering the truth on traditional ammunition.

The ruling comes just months after parents in California challenged a decision that a student couldn’t wear a T-shirt mentioning the NRA and showing a flag illustrated out of ammunition.

If President Trump supports them, it is likely he could get a Republican Senate to go along with them.

Gun rights advocates got shut out in Washington State on Tuesday, when more than 60 percent of the voters gave a thumbs up to one of the nation’s most restrictive gun laws on the books. That puts Washington near the top of the list for the title of state with the most gun control.

“I do believe, because in this Congress…there is bipartisan legislation to have common sense background checks to prevent guns going into the wrong hands. It doesn’t cover everything, but it will save many lives,” Pelosi said on CNN’s “Cuomo Prime Time.” It will do no such thing.

Much of the fight on gun rights is happening in the states.

As Democrats dance toward the 2020 presidential elections, it’ll be interesting to see if anyone can go further toward the anti-gun side than Newsom, who seeks to push the numerous restrictive gun laws that have so badly hurt the Second Amendment in California on the rest of the nation’s gun owners.

Some are even using government power to push financial institutions into not doing business with gun manufacturers.
