A spate of hidden camera videos released by journalist James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas shows that many anti-gun candidates are all too eager to carry out gun control organizations’ deceptive strategy.

Suffice to say that the Washington Post editorial board shamed itself not only with its opportunistic exploitation of tragedy to promote a political agenda, but by doing so with false, incomplete, and misleading information.

It’s as if someone confiscated the facts from CNN. When it comes to guns or President Donald Trump, the self-professed “most trusted name in news” has a difficult time telling the truth. Combine those topics into a single story and the network can’t seem to help but fabricate a story.

Whether this augurs a decline in David Hogg’s ability to influence outcomes in the non-virtual world remains to be seen. But it certainly gives him something to chew on in the meantime.

How much does California hate gun rights? Enough that the Los Angeles City Council unanimously approved a motion requiring that all contractors disclose their ties to the National Rifle Association when bidding on work.

If they can make the Second Amendment too burdensome,  they calculate that the large voting bloc of law-abiding gun owners will shrink. That would then allow them to further restrict Americans’ right to bear arms.

Emma Gonzalez is a professional actress. If she’s an actress that just happened to be a real Parkland student (doubtful but possible) that’s fine. If she’s a crisis actor that has been fooling hundreds of millions of people, it’s not fine.

Confirming Kavanaugh will probably not reverse Roe v. Wade nor will it cause more people to be shot.  Far more people are shot an killed every week in a city in the US that has instituted the most tyrannical gun laws in our nation, Chicago.  But Dianne Feinstein would have us follow their model, hoping for different results.

While it would certainly be an amazing thought to be able to live in a world without guns, that is simply not the case. Until it is the case, anyone who wants to defend themselves and their family, should be able to do so in any manner they see fit — as the only other option is tyranny.

The ruling struck down a lower court’s ruling that the Constitution only protects the right to keep and bear arms at home.
