The ruling comes just months after parents in California challenged a decision that a student couldn’t wear a T-shirt mentioning the NRA and showing a flag illustrated out of ammunition.

Gun control folks have no forgiveness for anyone or anything that seems to have an opinion that opposes their own.

The lawsuit challenges the measure on the grounds that it violates the commerce clause by banning sales of rifles to non-residents, and that it unconstitutionally impairs the rights guaranteed by the First, Second and Fourteenth Amendments, and Article I Section 24 of the Washington State Constitution by preventing the sale to otherwise qualified adults under age 21 of certain rifles.

If President Trump supports them, it is likely he could get a Republican Senate to go along with them.

Gun rights advocates got shut out in Washington State on Tuesday, when more than 60 percent of the voters gave a thumbs up to one of the nation’s most restrictive gun laws on the books. That puts Washington near the top of the list for the title of state with the most gun control.

In talking with regular people in Europe, it’s clear there are many who envy our country for the freedoms so many of us take for granted. And if there is one thing they’d like us to take away from their experiences, it’s to never let so-called “progressive” incrementalism nibble away at those freedoms.

The results are still trickling in on Wednesday, but we’re getting a clearer picture of what we can expect when it comes to the next two years for gun laws in the United States.
