New For 2021: Henry Frontier Model Threaded Barrel

By making a pair of well-thought-out tweaks to the design of its Frontier Model Long Barrel, Henry has created an ideal rimfire suppressor host in the Frontier Model Threaded Barrel 24″.

The most obvious difference, of course, is that the final 0.400″ of the 24″ octagonal barrel’s muzzle has been threaded 1/2×28 TPI for the direct attachment of a silencer. However, Henry also shortened the original rifle’s tubular magazine in order to ensure there is ample clearance for the new design’s inner magazine tube to be removed (and the gun reloaded) when a suppressor is installed.

The rifle comes with a semi-buckhorn rear and a brass-bead front sight, but its receiver top also has an integral 3/8″ dovetail for the mounting of an optic. Price: $550 (.22 Long Rifle); $650 (.22 WMR). For more information, visit henryusa.com.
