All-American Car Dealership Offers Bible, Shotgun & US Flag With Every Vehicle Purchase
Talk about great marketing and patriotism! It doesn’t get any better than this as an Alabama car dealership is throwing in a free Bible, shotgun and US flag with every vehicle purchase till the end of July. It’s all part of their special way of celebrating July the 4th!
“We’re going to be celebrating July 4th a little bit differently this year,” wrote Chatom Ford on their Facebook page.

Every vehicle sold now until July 31 will come with a Bible, a 12-gauge shotgun, and an American flag!
“GOD GUNS AND FREEDOM,” the dealership wrote on Facebook. “Celebrating July 4th from now until July 31, here at Chatom Ford!!! Every vehicle purchased new or pre-owned will come with a Bible, 12-gauge shot gun, and American flag!”
“This is a small gift to our valued customers and a opportunity for us to celebrate our independence,” the dealership added.
And lest some of the looney tunes gun confiscating Commies in our country try to claim that the dealership will be directly giving guns to customers, the dealsership made it clear that they do not keep guns on the property nor do they give them directly to customers. Instead, they present the customer with a certificate to obtain the shotguns at a gun dealer.
“We do not keep guns at the dealership, nor do we give guns directly to our customers,” Koby Palmer, General Sales Manager, told Fox 35. “We provide certificates that they present to the licensed firearms dealer. If the customers do not want or can not purchase a gun, they can use the certificate for something else.”
Of course, some might think the Bible is a weapon. They would be correct as it is the Sword of the Spirit and is far more powerful than a shotgun, because it cuts to the heart of sinful men.
Others probably view the US flag as racist and so look for that to be a target as well.
However, this is not only great marketing, it’s a great way to remind people of what made America great in the first place.
