Primary Weapon Systems (PWS) is launching its new line of rifle suppressors, the BDE (Bravo Delta Echo) that are built with a titanium allow, with baffles that are manufactured with a sophisticated 3D Printing process.

Primary Weapons Systems is rolling out the BDE line with a .30 caliber suppressor, known as the BDE 762. The BDE 762 is rated for use in firearms chambered up to .300 Winchester Magnum. This suppressor’s entrance chamber, which also happens to also be the serialized part, is threaded with a common 1.375×24 thread, giving it commonality with many mounts currently found on the market.

“One of the things I’ve always admired about PWS has been the ability to innovate. The addition of additive manufacturing (3D printing) capabilities to our Boise facility will further accelerate that commitment,” says Primary Weapons Systems CEO Nate Treadaway. “We feel confident that the BDE® 762 has versatility and performance characteristics that simply can’t be replicated with traditional suppressor manufacturing processes.

The outer shell of the BDE 762 suppressor is designed to dissipate heat and mitigate barrel mirage. The outer titanium shell is anodized and also goes through an anti-galling treatment process to further protect it. Finally, a Cerakote finish acts as the topmost finish layer providing a sleek finish. The BDE 762 suppressor’s baffles are fabricated with a state of the art 3D printing process before they are finished in-house on PWS’ CNC machines. Baffles are taper threaded to minimize carbon locking or loosening which are issues that can plague suppressors that see heavy use. These baffles are also optimized to self regulate backpressure and have a symmetrical arrangement so as to not disturb accuracy.

The Primary Weapons System BDE 762 retails for $1,099 and can be currently purchased from select PWS dealers. For more information on the new BDE family of suppressors and other products manufactured by Primary Weapons Systems, please visit their website at primaryweapons.com.
