Riton Optics is adding a new 2-12×44 riflescope to its PRIMAL product family. This new scope is a versatile second-focal-plane riflescope that uses Riton Optics’ PHD (Precision Hunting Dot) reticle and high-quality fully multi-coated glass, topped with assembly in a clean room to prevent contamination. In order to withstand the rigors of hard outdoor use, this dry nitrogen purged, sealed, waterproof, shockproof and fog-proof rifle optic is built with an outer housing made from a single piece of CNC milled 6061 T6 aluminum. The exterior of the optic is Type III hardcoated and anodized. The Riton Optics HD glass used in this riflescope is rated for 99.5-percent light transmission which lends itself well to low-light shooting and hunting situations.
