SilencerCo has a reputation for making some top shelf suppressors and always pushing the envelope with new development. While the company continues to offer suppressors for the rifle, pistol, shotgun and rimfire markets, it has also branched out into new turf, making firearms such as the Maxim integrally suppressed pistol and receivers for the AR-15.

Their first offering, the SilencerCo AR-15 lower receiver, is made from billet 7075-T6 aluminum and is precision machined for compatibility with all the parts you need to complete an AR lower. The receiver is finished in a type III hardcoat anodize for added durability and corrosion resistance and includes a proprietary ambidextrous bolt catch, integrated enlarged trigger guard, and ambidextrous multi-position sling swivels.

SilencerCo is now adding to its line of AR-15 parts and is offering the SCO15 upper for your SilencerCo lower receiver. The AR-15 upper is a premium AR-15 stripped upper receiver, precision machined from billet 7075 aluminum and finished in type III hard anodize. It features a Mil-Spec 1913 Picatinny rail and M4 feed ramps. Additionally, the upper is compatible with mil-spec forward assists and dust covers, giving you a solid foundation to build the AR-15 of your dreams.

“In a market with so many  different AR-15 manufacturers, and so many options for full rifle builds and  build components, the one product customers have been unable to attain until now has been a SilencerCo branded AR-15,” said Senior Product Development Specialist, Dewie Vieira. “Now they can purchase an upper and lower receiver completely machined in-house and entirely ‘SilencerCo.’”
