Walther Arms, Inc. is rolling out the new Walther P99 AS Final Edition 9mm polymer-framed, striker-fired semi-automatic pistol. The P99 dates back to the late 1990s where it started its career as a sidearm designed for military and police groups in Germany. At the time of its introduction, it was one of the most feature-rich and modern handgun designs. This gun was also made famous after a few appearances as James Bond/007’s sidearm in some of the more recent films. After more than a quarter century of service, Walther is launching the “Final Edition” of the P99 pistol as a tribute to this venerable pistol. The P99 AS Final Edition specifically has  a desirable olive drab green polymer frame and ships in a limited edition custom fit case with its own challenge coin as well.

“The Walther P99 AS Final Edition is a classy and fitting send off for one of the most iconic and innovative handguns of its era,” says Vincent Mann, Senior Marketing Digital Marketing Manager, Walther Arms, Inc. He continues, “Tomorrow Never Dies, and so neither will the legacy of this handgun.”
