This week, we’re taking a closer look at Henry’s Long Ranger Express. A precision-minded take on the classic lever-action design, the Long Ranger Express feeds from a detachable-box magazine, allowing it to utilize modern, tipped ammunition. As such, it comes chambered for 5.56 NATO/.223 Remington and sports a Picatinny rail above the receiver for the easy addition of an optic. The barrel stretches just 16.5 inches for exceptional maneuverability, and is threaded to ½x28 TPI to accept a muzzle device. Learn more about them in the video embedded above, hosted by Senior Executive Editor, Jon Draper, and Digital Associate Editor, David Herman. MSRP: $1,235; henryusa.com.
