NC: WILL NORTH CAROLINA BECOME THE 28TH CONSTITUTIONAL CARRY STATE?

Dear friend,

Thanks to your efforts, North Carolina passed SB 41, which repealed pistol purchase permits and restored school church carry, which was a historic victory.

However, if gun owners can keep up the political pressure, we may pass Constitutional Carry and make 2023 one of the best years ever for the right to keep and bear arms in North Carolina.

Constitutional Carry would eliminate the need for government permission to carry a handgun. The permitting system would remain in place for those seeking reciprocity and the NICS bypass.

In fact, the Constitutional Carry bill, HB 189, has a committee hearing next Tuesday, May 2nd. Nonetheless, time is short, as the “crossover date” for legislation is May 4th.

GOA will be on the ground next week in Raleigh fighting for your rights. However, we need your help.

Your state representative needs to hear that you support Constitutional Carry. Please take action and help the Tar Heel state join the Constitutional Carry club!
