New For 2024: Rossi Lightweight Carbine
A single-shot, break-action firearm provides the ultimate in simplicity, economy and utility, with many taking their first shots or heading out on their first hunt with a single-shot rifle or shotgun. Rossi has offered many single-shots over the years, including the Tuffy line-up of shotguns, Brawler pistol and the Tuffy Survival Rifle. New for 2024, the company is introducing the Lightweight Carbine (LWC), a single-shot rifle chambered for a number of centerfire cartridges.
The Rossi Lightweight Carbine is a single-shot, centerfire rifle based on the company’s Tuffy and Brawler actions.
The Rossi LWC is based on the action used for the Tuffy and Brawler, with its lightweight steel receiver with polymer overmold. Hammer fired, the LWC has both a transfer bar and a manual crossbolt safety. The action is opened with a release lever, and an ejector removes the spent case.
