New: Meopta MeoSight IV Red-Dot Sight
Meopta Sport Optics has introduced the MeoSight IV, a new red-dot reflex sight that the company says is its smallest with a 1.2-ounce weight.
With an ultra-low profile, the MeoSight IV is ideal for use on handguns, and is compatible with standard-size optics-ready pistol systems using a Docter adapter plate, also including a Picatinny rail mount in the box. In addition, it can be mounted to a primary riflescope for fast, accurate close-quarter target acquisition, or mounted directly to an accessory rail.
With 1x magnification, three-MOA dot and aircraft-grade aluminum body, the MeoSight IV also has 120 MOA range of elevation and 120 MOA of windage adjustment. Adjustment is one MOA per click. The illumination feature has manual and automatic modes, with five different brightness intensity levels.

The objective lens diameter of the Meopta MeoSight IV is 24 x 17 mm, length is 1.89 inches, and width is 1.22 inches. The wide sight lens is also scratch resistant. As mentioned previously, the weight is a svelte 1.2 ounces.
The MeoSight IV is powered by a Cr1632 three-volt battery that should last for up to 30,000 hours of use. The auto-off function preserves battery life by shutting the illumination off after four hours if the function button has not been touched.
