NSSF REJECTS PRESIDENT BIDEN’S GUN CONTROL
NSSF’s Mark Oliva rebuked President Joe Biden’s call for increased gun control in a conversation with Dagen McDowell on Fox Business, including the renewal of an “Assault Weapons” ban, a roll-back of Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA) and if SCOTUS is likely to take up any future Second Amendment cases.
Such proposals won’t stop criminal misuse of firearms but would instead decimate the firearm industry and neuter Second Amendment rights.

NSSF’s Mark Oliva highlight why President Biden’s gun control demands are so misguided. “These are law-abiding citizens who are taking possession of their Second Amendment rights, primarily out of concerns for their own safety because of what they saw happen over 2020,” Oliva said. “What the Biden administration did talk about…was targeting the firearm industry and dismantling them.”
