With various components constructed of lightweight aluminum, carbon fiber, polymer and stainless steel, the NexGen Buttstock – AR15 from Tyrant Designs provides ruggedness in a compact package that weighs only 9 ozs.
Compatible with any standard mil-spec, carbine-length receiver extension, the NexGen buttstock features a thick rubber buttpad that very effectively dampens the rifle’s recoil, while its 15-degree slanted toe helps facilitate rolling the rifle into position from low ready when it’s time to engage the target.
Bilateral LOP-adjustment levers and a double-sided QD sling cup allow the unit to be run equally well by right- and left-handed shooters alike, and it is offered in five colors.
