Support for Biden’s ‘Red Flag Gun Seizure’ bill is EXPLODING!

Over the last few days more than 25 members of Congress have co-sponsored H.R. 3018, giving the bill the support of almost 150 members in the House.

Our sources tell us that Biden thinks he can ram ‘Red Flags’ through the House before the November elections — mobilizing the gun control base for the Democratic party!

And given how soft some of the moderate Republicans are on this issue, anything is possible in D.C. right now.

Everyone has heard of Red Flag Gun Seizure laws at the state level. But H.R. 3018 is different. It’s a federal ‘Red Flag’ law, allowing Merrick Garland and the DOJ to bypass our state courts and disarm you in front of a federal court judge. 

This legislation is designed to be a middle finger to ‘Red America,’ which has largely refused to pass these laws.

H.R. 3018 would do the following:

• Allow ex-spouses, federal authorities, and others to claim you may be ‘dangerous,’ asking a judge to order the seizure of your firearms before you’ve been convicted of a crime;
• Empower these judges to issue these seizure orders before you’ve been charged, arrested, or convicted of anything;
• Create an ex-parte hearing, meaning that you would know nothing about the situation until after it’s over and the judge has issued the seizure order;
• Builds in an almost automatic renewal process, meaning that once the initial 14-day seizure order is issued, it can be reissued again and again for as long as the DOJ wants.

These maniacal tyrants want total control over gun owners, specifically, the ability to point at their political opponents and disarm them with a federal ‘red flag’ order.

And with the House only having a 5-seat GOP majority at the moment — including multiple RINOs who would happily vote for this — the margins are razor thin.

(Attorney General Merrick Garland is a brutal tyrant who would love to have the ability to disarm the Left’s political opponents with sham ‘Red Flag’ charges in Federal Court.)

Contact your Congressman (as well as your Senators) today. Tell them to VOTE NO on H.R. 3018 or any similar legislation!
