Shoot Out: Armed Home Invader Vs 85-Year-Old Woman With .357 Magnum (Video)
I love stories about decent, armed citizens dealing with the bad guys! This is one of those stories!
Colin Noir has the story.
An 85-year-old Idaho woman stands as a shining example of courage and the power of the Second Amendment after defending herself and her disabled son from a violent home invader.

Armed with a .357 Magnum, she kept for personal protection, Christine Jenneiahn refused to become a victim when a would-be killer invaded her home near Blackfoot, Idaho.
The assailant, 39 years old, stormed her home in the dead of night, handcuffed her to a chair, and subjected her to brutal violence, including threats to kill her.
But Jenneiahn, undeterred even after being shot multiple times, used her firearm to end the threat in a decisive act of self-defense.
Jenneiahn’s story underscores the critical importance of the right to bear arms.
Despite her age and injuries, her determination to protect herself and her family exemplifies the necessity of having the means to defend one’s home.
The harrowing event began when Condon broke into Jenneiahn’s home, pistol-whipped her, and demanded to know where her valuables were.
After forcing her to sit in a chair at gunpoint, he left the room, allowing her a brief window of opportunity.
Dragging the chair back to her bedroom, she secured her revolver and strategically positioned it near her in the living room.
When Condon returned, furious and threatening her life once more, Jenneiahn took control of the situation by firing two well-placed shots.
Although injured in the exchange of gunfire, Jenneiahn survived while Condon collapsed and died in her kitchen.
Left bleeding and still restrained for 10 agonizing hours, her strength and resolve kept her going until her son was able to assist her in calling 911.
Jenneiahn’s bravery and commitment to survival are a testament to the critical role the Second Amendment plays in preserving life and liberty.
If Condon had survived, he would have faced charges including attempted murder, kidnapping, and aggravated battery.
Instead, a law-abiding citizen stood her ground, proving once again that responsible firearm ownership can be a powerful equalizer against those who seek to do harm.
The video also shows why I shamelessly tell people to get self-defense insurance through a membership like USCCA.
