We’re in federal court this week!
The American Firearms Association is in Kansas City this week going head-to-head with anti-gun Attorney General Merrick Garland in federal court, who’s launched a full-on attack on Missouri’s recently enacted Second Amendment Preservation Act (SAPA).
Missouri’s SAPA law says that Missouri law enforcement WILL NOT enforce Biden’s tyrannical gun control agenda — this law is the gold standard of SAPA laws in the entire country.
Garland and the gun-grabbers are so threatened by SAPA that he flew a plane load of attornies and dozens of support staff into Kansas City for this case.

Standing with AFA’s Aaron Dorr, Chris Dorr, and Patrick Parsons, are Missouri pro-gun champions State Senator Eric Burlison and State Rep Jered Taylor who worked tirelessly with our state affiliate, the Missouri Firearms Coalition, to pass the nation’s gold standard SAPA law.
With Obama-appointed judge Brian Wimes presiding over this case, we expect a ruling in the coming days and weeks.
Win or lose, we expect appeals, and if need be, AFA will take this fight all the way to SCOTUS.
