The right to defend one’s self is not only supposed to be protected under our Constitution, but is also elaborated on in the Bible as well.  This is why stories like this are important.  When the common man, or in this case a woman, is able to defend themselves, their loved ones and others against criminals, it usually turns out bad for the bad guys.
