FN America, LLC. long-standing provider of firearm solutions for law enforcement, military and civilian customers has released two big-bore tactical pistols for 2023, both patterned after their successful FN 509 Tactical.

Breaking the industry mold, both, the FN 545 Tactical and FN 510 Tactical have greater-capacity magazines than similar pistols, giving the user the ability to take care of most situations whether traipsing over a mountain pass or for defending loved ones at home.

Both pistols have FN’s Low-profile Optics Mounting System and are cut to enable end users to be able to easily mount most optics. The threaded barrel will accommodate most suppressors and compensators. The balance and grip texture, along with two interchangeable back-straps (included), make it possible for smaller or larger hands to comfortably take care of business with either of these firearms. Front and rear serrations are cut deep enough into the steel slide to facilitate a sure grip when racking rounds into the chamber or unloading the pistol.

Both the FN510 and the FN 545 have easy to reach ambidextrous controls for right or left-handed operators. Precision-tuned triggers break clean at 6 pounds, giving more trigger control and aiding in overall accuracy.  Finished in FDE and Black, both pistols are packaged with a zippered case, two frame backstraps, and four MRD mounting plates.
