Taurus is known for making handguns for defense, hunting, and sport shooting. Now they are releasing the latest model in their growing G-series line of personal defense handguns, the Taurus G3XL. The G3XL is a sleek EDC 9 mm that is designed to deliver the accuracy and confidence of a full-size pistol in a package that is well-suited for comfortable concealed carry.

The compact G3XL uses the G3’s full-length slide and barrel assembly for full size performance with compact pistol ease of carry. The 4-inch barrel, working with the slide’s long sight radius, provides the accuracy serious shooters demand in a defensive handgun and increases bullet velocity for superior terminal performance. The all-steel slide features a durable Tenifer black matte finish to resist the wear and corrosion of everyday carry and and protects the precision-machined stainless-steel barrel.

The G3XL has a compact grip frame that easily conceals when holstered inside the waistband or while carrying outside the waistband under casual clothing. Taurus engineers streamlined the G3XL polymer receiver by reducing the length of the accessory rail and eliminating the manual safety lever for a smoother draw, faster engagements and easier re-holstering.

The G3XL comes with two 12-round magazines to enhance the pistol’s discreet carry size and profile. There are also 15- and 17-round magazines available if a higher cartridge capacity is needed.
