Nebraska: Firearm Industry Nondiscrimination Act to be Heard in Committee

Thursday, February 1st, the Committee on Government, Military and Veterans Affairs will hear LB 925. Please reach out to committee members and urge them to SUPPORT LB 925!

Legislative Bill 925, introduced by Sen. Aguilar, will address the actions of anti-gun companies who discriminate against lawful businesses that engage with the firearm industry.  This measure will prohibit those companies from being able to engage in certain government contracts in the State of Nebraska.
