On Thursday, the US 10th Circuit Court issued a temporary stay on a pending federal bump stock ban that was scheduled to take place this week.  However, the temporary stay is only for one Utah man who brought the case.

I am writing this open letter to Senators Rubio and Graham, President Trump and the untold numbers of legislators, judges and lawmen that will be working together to facilitate and execute the confiscation of the arms of innocent American citizens—citizens who have not even been charged with a crime.

Safety is the mantra of anti-gun activists, but their claim of control is a means to their goal of a gun-free society. This progressive policy can be implemented only by compliant citizens. But political opponents, the “deniers,” must be eliminated by social shaming or civil and criminal penalties. There are historical lessons of totalitarian governments, which rule because citizens have been deprived of weapons.

This is a critical video in understanding how politicians manipulate the public to give up their fundamental rights one piece at a time.

Whether you like them or not, background checks are here to stay for gun owners and gun purchasers – but they are not the saving grace that some make them out to be. Background checks for gun purchases can only do so much and are not the permanent solution to keeping guns out of the hands of criminals and keeping Americans safe from gun violence. More concerning is that they give the state an ever-growing list of private citizens who own guns, and such a list has historically been used for subsequent gun confiscation attempts.

Yeah, right!  No one is coming for your guns… don’t believe it.

“We’re gonna let them know that we are sick and tired of being penalized for Baltimore City’s inability to control crime,” Lewis told the room in a video that circulated on social media. “If these bills pass, we will not comply.”

This is more attempts at undermining the Constitution, infringing on your rights and advancing a Communist-style gun confiscation agenda.

What does this mean for Americans?  I can tell you that a perfect storm is setting itself up with Democrats wanting to advance criminally unconstitutional universal background checks, which are unenforceable without a national gun registry, and red flag laws that President Donald Trump supports, and now there is an AG in office who is more than willing to act like a good little brown shirt and “follow orders,” but not follow the Constitution.
