These kinds of bills are attacks on not only the Second Amendment protected rights of Americans, but also the rights guaranteed in the Fourth And Fifth Amendments.

“Red flag” laws are on the wrong side of history, the wrong side of our Constitution, the wrong side of liberty and on the wrong side of the laws of God.

Try as anti-gun legislators and activists might, there is a difficult battle ahead for anyone who tries to disarm the American people. Between Constitution-supporting elected officials and American civilians who will not comply, the real Resistance seems to be ready…and armed.

These studies prove nothing more than the government’s incompetence and unnecessary intervention in the lives of everyone else.

Who really are the extremists in the debate over firearms? Those who defend rights protected by the U.S. Constitution? Or, is it the people who propose legislation that would eviscerate those rights and try to shame crime victims for defending their lives?

Don’t be surprised if there is not another rope-a-dope with Barr to get “conservatives” to support him for some other reason other than he is constitutionally qualified, just like they did in the Kavanaugh hearings.

He tried to ban guns, detergent, caffeine drinks and transfats.

Either the American people are going to throw off tyranny within, or the tyrants will throw off their rights.

Buy back programs are unlawful and a waste of taxpayer money.  As the officer stated, they also cost the taxpayer in overtime that officers spend in being on the clock during the buy backs and never obtain the desired results.
