A Florida man has become the first person in the state to have his due process removed and his guns taken before he was determined to be mentally unfit and before he was accused of a crime.

This is not being a great American.  It’s being anti-American because it is against the founding principles and our Constitution.

You will find nowhere in Article 1, Section 8, the authority delegated to Congress to tax and spend for education or school firearms training.

The goal was to make sure this video goes viral, letting it be known that there are many out there who want not only gun rights destroyed in favor of a more powerful government (because that’s never ended badly before ever, right?) while also stripping your right to free speech away.  Liberty and freedom shouldn’t be taboo. No matter how hard anyone in the government, the media, or leftists try to spin it, freedom is not extreme.  Controlling others is extreme.

The Illinois House has passed a bill that will force legal gun owners to turn in their weapons to the government or become criminals overnight.

Grace claims this policy violates Oregon’s law against age-based discrimination for those 18 years and older in places of public accommodations. The state law includes prohibitions against discrimination in stores that are open to the general public.

Banning tools, like guns, will not eliminate the bad behavior of mass shooters, serial murderers, rapists, gangs, drug dealers, and other criminals. It only emboldens them.

They know it will not do one thing to stop mass shootings but they are using it to wrap a more devious gun confiscation scheme in it.  You’ve been warned, and no doubt, President Donald Trump will back it all the way to his desk.  He’s already shown his true colors on the Second Amendment, as if many of us didn’t expect it in the first place.

No wonder Dianne Feinstein looked so deliriously (and devilishly) happy when Trump uttered his stupid comment about gun confiscation and said he wanted to bring an assault weapons ban (Feinstein’s bill) into proposed gun control legislation.

It has been documented that the NAACP is a Communist/Socialist organization to divide Americans based on the color of their skin, and so the push for gun confiscation does not come as a surprise.
