The Shooter at Umpqua Community College in Oregon IDENTIFIED – Aligned with Muslims
Some blogs (like the Gateway Pundit) are trigger happy and will do anything to make the media and have identified one named Toby Reynolds (aka Egg Man) as the shooter. This, as it turns out, is FALSE. This man was verified as NOT being the shooter at Umpqua Community College in Oregon. One reporter tweeted “The so called ‘Egg Man’ or person who 4chan and other listed as the Oregon shooter is NOT him. He is alive and has communicated to NBC.”

NBC would be more reputable on this issue. So who did it? It took the authorities in Roseburg, Oregon, some time to release the name, especially after it was reported that the shooter told his victims to stand up and state their religion before shooting them dead. The killer, Chris Harper Mercer, 26, has been identified as the gunman who killed nine people on Thursday at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon, CBS News reports.

Mercer reportedly demanded to know the religions of those around him before opening fire. He was killed in a shootout with Douglas County sheriff’s deputies, according to Sheriff John Hanlin. In a MySpace profile bearing his name, many photos are devoted to the Irish Republican Army.
His connections list has two people—one is Muslim named Mahmoud Ali Ehsani, who apparently loves Allah and the Quran and has a litany of Muslim terrorist photos:
Mercer, a pagan Wiccan, making a merger with Muslims is not unusual. On his dating profile on the website Spiritual Passions, Chris Harper Mercer says that he “doesn’t like organized religion.” He writes that he is, “Not Religious, Not Religious, but Spiritual,” and says, under personality, that he is a “lover, conservative, professional, intellectual, introvert.” He also lists under interests “internet, killing zombies, movies, music, reading.” Harper Mercer says he is “mixed race,” doesn’t drink, and is a “conservative, Republican.” The idea is the hatred of Christianity, Wiccan and Muslims are both environmentalist religions. The label means little, since all are against Christianity, and Christianity against all. It is the sons of the devil vs. the sons of God.
UPDATE from Editor: We also know that he like the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and apparently was taking several pharmaceuticals.
