Designed for rifle actions with internal box magazines, Modular Driven Technology’s MambaMag is a direct-fit, 10-round magazine designed to replace the factory bottom metal. For owners of Remington 700 and Howa 1500 rifles, the MambaMag requires the addition of replacement bottom metal, allowing the magazine to function as a detachable box, thanks to the rear latch found on the new magazine well.
Magazines are available to fit other Remington, Tikka and Lithgow rifle models and are constructed with a 6061-T6 aluminum upper section and a glass-reinforced nylon lower section. MSRPs are $120 (magazine) and $180 (bottom metal).
